Error 105: Unknown Login ID

This error message means your account has not been processed in the system. You may see this message if have just registered today or if this your first eCollege course. Please be patient as your account may take up to 24 hours after you register to process.

Please note: If the course has not been published by the instructor, your account will not be updated until it is published.


 
 



 

Server Error in ‘/’ Application – Runtime Error

It is possible that the security settings in your browser is blocking the necessary cookies required to access eCollege.
 
  • Step 1: Make sure your browser is accepting Third Party Cookies.

  • Step 2: If that did not work, try clearing your temporary internet files.
