How to view email in eCollege

The emails sent from inside your eCollege course are delivered to your Rutgers Email address by default. You must log into your Rutgers email account to view and respond.

If you do not see the email listed in your Rutgers Email Inbox, please see below.

 
  1. First you need to verify which email account is associated with your eCollege account. Instructions for how to check can be found here.
     
  2. The email may have went into the SPAM. You may try searching for the email by looking up your course number or the sender "Email@SchoolEmail.org".
