Courses not showing up in eCollege

There are several different reasons to why you might not see your course currently listed inside eCollege.


 

Please read each scenario below before contacting the helpdesk.

 

REGISTERED FOR THE CLASS YESTERDAY OR TODAY



The eCollege system may take up to 24 hours after you have registered for the class to process your enrollment. If you registered today or last night, you will need to wait until tomorrow morning for your account to be updated.

If you need to access your course today, please send a screenshot of your WebReg registered courses and provide your Rutgers NetID to help@eCollege.rutgers.edu.



 

ACCESSING THE COURSE TOO EARLY



It is possible the course has not been finalized and made public by the instructor at this time. In addition, students will not be able to access the courses until the first day of the semester.

Please be patient and if you do not see the course 2-3 days before the first day of the semester, you may contact the helpdesk.


 
 

DID NOT PAY YOUR TUITION



If you do not make any payment towards your term bill, the university may with hold your name from the course roster. As a result the eCollege system will not be able to process your enrollment.

If you are on a payment plan or are waiting on financial aids/scholarships, please contact the Registrar office for your campus to verify your status.

COURSE IS NOT USING ECOLLEGE



Rutgers has multiple Learning Management Systems (LMS) for online learning. Including eCollege, CanvasSakai, Blackboard, and Moodle. The system may be listed on the Schedule of Classes. If you are unsure, please reach out to your instructor.
